Tonisha is the Lead Instructor on our team. Originally from New Jersey, she began her  professional dancing career in Miami primarily with Latin, Hip-Hop + European artists and projects. With her experience working with major recording artist, for music videos, movies, TV shows + award shows etc. Her unique process involves working from the students natural body movement while encompassing the performance elements of body movement + musicality.  

Dalphe Morantus is an professional dancer and art creator born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, who spent 11 years in L.A. where he lived and worked as an artist, choreographer and member of several dance communities. That appreciation grew into expression as he fell in love with blending dance styles from several cultures that he was exposed to, growing up vibing to dancehall, afro-fusion, hip-hop, salsa and house dance. Fusions like these are heavy characteristics of his work that led to his trademark style and alias, International Dalphe, with over 14 years of experience working with notable names in the industry, Ricky Martin, Don Omar, Daft Punk, Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, just to name a few. Nowadays his work is focused on teaching people how to move their body with using groove isolations based on Afro-Caribbean movements as a stepping stool to embrace their true self.

Renata is a choreographer, performance artist and movement facilitator. As an independent artist her solo and duet pieces have been presented in Europe, Brazil and New York City. She focuses on the journey of the body with breathing and movement and makes a mind-body connection through dancing to the present. With Renata, you'll experience from simple to complex movement patterns and finds commonalities through fitness, awareness and freedom. She will give you the experience of moving forward while enjoying the journey.

​Tatiana is an award winning Salsa Dancer who has studied the wider genre of Latin dance & body movement. With a degree from the Choreographic Institute of Contemporary Style in Samara, Russia Tatiana is an expert in body movement, performance & showmanship. Her study and understanding of movement & showmanship allows you to discover the natural way your body moves, how to best present yourself when dancing/performing while enhancing your confidence.

From the Bahamas, Lawson graduated from The Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Jamaica. While there, he studied the Martha Graham Dance Technique and La Técnica Cubana "Cuban Modern Dance Technique." He worked with L’Acadco - A United Caribbean Dance Force for 5 years, based in Jamaica. He performed on stages with many reggae recording artists, appeared as the featured dancer in Jesus Christ Superstar in Philly, and ran a circus program at a summer camp are just a few highlights of his artistry. Lawson passes on all the information that he’s learned during his studies and travels which makes him an asset for students pursuing performance arts. Lawson has been a teaching artist with Dancing DESIGNER since 2020.

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Ana started her journey in dance at the age of 6 while taking Spanish traditional dance and ballet classes for 16 years.As her passion grew, so did her progress as she joined Cara Bdanza school in Madrid, finishing as an apprentice of the company. She performed in collaboration with the Ballet Madrid in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" (2008), CaraBdanza school and got an honorable mention (2017) and the dance award (2018) at the Danza Rivas Contest. Her passion in teaching dance led her to teach flamenco lessons and worked as a contemporary and ballet teacher for two years at Estudio 1, where she created choreographies for the school shows.

Steven, hailing from Colombia is a dancer with 8 years of experience specializing in ​​hip hop and contemporary floorwork. He thrives in creative spaces as a choreographer. He was a professional dancer of the contemporary dance company Incolballet of Colombia and National Champion in the professional category of Urban dance. With Steven, you are bound to discover your individual essence and flair.
